Do I offer refunds?
I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time. If there is an issue with your order please reach out to anthroartco@gmail.com
Incorrect address on order
If a buyer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, I am not responsible for replacing or refunding the package. It is the buyer’s responsibility to double check their address during checkout and make sure all information is up-to-date. I will not refund or replace the package under this circumstance.
If you notice your address is incorrect please contact me at anthroartco@gmail.com ASAP — if the order has not been shipped I can correct this error.

When are orders shipped?
